Summary:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of EARH nursing departments within the organization. This position will provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote a culture of excellence in patient care. The Nurse Manager will collaborate with other departments to optimize clinical workflows, improve patient outcomes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. The Nurse Manger will report to and work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and Medical staff. Overseeing the daily operations and provides administrative support to the CNO. Oversees the hiring and training of staff members, liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinates patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field (Master’s degree preferred).
- – Current, active licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or relevant clinical certification.
- – Proven experience in a clinical leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in the use of healthcare information systems and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and facilitate training programs and educational sessions.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- At least two (2) years’ experience in leadership position
- Knowledge of both clinical, ER and non-clinical areas of healthcare EMR
Wage: $47.28-$61.69 DOE
