Patricia Cruz

Caylon Haggard, PA-C

Caylon Haggard has more than 17 years of experience in rural and urgent care medicine. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and his Physician Associate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Raised in rural Oklahoma, Caylon later opened a small chain of urgent care clinics before relocating to Washington State with his wife, Candace, and their 15-year-old twin daughters to be closer to family and enjoy the outdoors.

Lexie Zuver, D.O.

Dr. Lexie Zuver is a board-certified family physician who received her degree as a doctor of osteopathic medicine from the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors in 2013. She specializes in women’s health, including gynecological examinations, breast exams, pap, and well-woman counseling. Dr. Zuver is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Washington State Medical Association. She and her husband have two children and live in Moses Lake.

Adam Noyes, M.D.

Dr. Adam Noyes is a board-certified cardiologist who serves as the director of sports cardiology and the director of echocardiography and nuclear cardiology at MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute in Spokane. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association. Dr. Noyes is also the team cardiologist for the Spokane Chiefs hockey team and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, and the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation.

Allen Noble, PA-C

Allen Noble is an experienced Physician Assistant with 18 years in healthcare, including 17 years at East Adams Rural Healthcare. Specializing in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine, he is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients in critical and acute settings. Allen earned his degree from Pacific University and continues to serve the community with expertise and compassion.

Rose Jones, PA

Physician assistant Rose Jones received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Rocky Vista University in 2017 and completed her clinical rotations at East Adams Rural Healthcare. Rose is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to her patients.

Kerri Ruddell, FNP, ENP

Kerri Ruddell, FNP, ENP, has 23 years of healthcare experience and is dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Lewis-Clark State College, her Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP) from Maryville University, and a post-master’s certificate (ENP) from the University of Northern Colorado. In 2023, she was named Clinician of the Year by the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved. Outside of work, Kerri enjoys traveling with her family, fly fishing, and thrifting.

Heath DeHart, PA-C

Heath DeHart, PA-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional with over nine years of experience in emergency and hospital medicine, driven by a passion for rural healthcare and community impact. Raised on a ranch in Enterprise, Utah, he developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for community values early in life. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Utah Valley University in 2010 and a Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University in 2015. Heath values compassionate, collaborative care and meaningful connections with patients and healthcare teams. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities and DIY projects, and as a father of six, he is deeply committed to family and community.

Kyle Hoffmann, PA-C

Kyle Hoffmann, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 21 years of healthcare experience. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel College in Tennessee and has worked as an Emergency Room provider since 2010, primarily serving rural hospitals. Kyle is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting the communities he serves. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and their four boys, especially cruising and making lasting family memories.

Dennis "Sonny" Talbot, PA-C

Sonny is a certified Physician Assistant with over 14 years of experience serving rural and underserved communities in Washington State. He is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and believes healthcare is a partnership where patients have a voice. His background includes Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, hospitalist care, and international work in remote settings. He earned his PA degree from the University of Washington’s MEDEX Northwest program in 2011. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, spending time with family, and riding his motorcycle.
