2023 EAR Ritzville Marnie

Marnie Boyer, PA-C

Marnie Boyer completed her nursing education in 1980 at Columbia Basin College. She started her career at East Adams Rural Healthcare as a night nurse in 1997 after working in long-term care for several years. She became a certified physician’s assistant in 2001 and continues to bring her compassion and skill to our hospital and clinics. Marnie’s family includes her husband, Mike, their two children, and their dogs. During her free time, she enjoys quilting and traveling.
2023 EAR Ritzville Lexie

Lexie Zuver, D.O.

Dr. Lexie Zuver is a board-certified family physician who received her degree as a doctor of osteopathic medicine from the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors in 2013. She specializes in women’s health, including gynecological examinations, breast exams, pap, and well-woman counseling. Dr. Zuver is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Washington State Medical Association. She and her husband have two children and live in Moses Lake.
Dr. Elizabeth Hatz

Elizabeth Hatz, D.O.

Elizabeth Hatz, D.O. is a native Washingtonian who graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and is board certified in Family Medicine. She received an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. She has been working her way back to Washington State since her residency training in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Dr. Hatz received her induction into rural medicine at a Critical Access Hospital in Nebraska and with Indian Health Services, performing both Emergency Medical and Hospital Medical Services, as well as, serving as Chief of Staff. She has two adult children and spends her time off with her dogs, horses, in the mountains and on her motorcycle.
2023 EAR Ritzville Adam

Adam Noyes, M.D.

Dr. Adam Noyes is a board-certified cardiologist who serves as the director of sports cardiology and the director of echocardiography and nuclear cardiology at MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute in Spokane. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association. Dr. Noyes is also the team cardiologist for the Spokane Chiefs hockey team and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, and the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation.
2023 EAR Ritzville Austin

Austin Miner, MSN, CRNA, NSPM-C

Austin Miner is a registered nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in nursing (MSN) from the University of Colorado Denver. He is also a board-certified nurse practitioner in adult acute care (BRNA) and a certified nurse specialist in medical-surgical care (NSPM-C). Austin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hiking, and playing basketball.
Abby Horak

Abby Horak, ARNP

Abby Horak grew up in Harrington, WA and currently resides on a farm south of Odessa with her husband and two girls. She started working as a nurse in 2015 and developed a passion for emergency care. She completed her higher education through Vanderbilt University and graduated as a Nurse Practitioner in 2022. She is certified in both family and emergency practice. In her free time she enjoys traveling, home renovations, learning new things and spending time with her family.
Anita Warner

Anita Warner, ARNP

Anita Warner is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Atlanta, Georgia and a graduate of Brenau University. With extensive experience caring for patients across all age groups, she is passionate about providing personalized attention and treatment to each individual. Anita enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and snowboarding, as well as, spending time with her family and friends.
John Bauer

John Bauer, PA-C

John is certified physician assistant, a graduate from University of Washington School of Medicine-Medex NW. In addition, he had an international MBCHB degree from University of Baghdad College of Medicine. During the last four years, John had focused on becoming a dedicated PA clinician, completed his clinical rotations in Spokane and Kootenai clinics and hospitals for two years, graduated as one of the top graduates and was certified in 2022.
Patricia Cruz

Patricia Cruz, ARNP

Patricia Cruz recently graduated from The University of South Alabama with a Doctorate degree in Advanced Nursing Practice. She has 12 years of experience in acute care as a Registered Nurse. Her passion is being able to make an impact in her community, apply the knowledge that she has obtained throughout her career, apply the best evidenced based practices, and together help guide her patients towards a better quality of life. She was born and raised in Florida. She has a husband and two daughters that she loves spending time with. She also enjoys going fishing, loves animals, enjoys cooking Mexican food, and enjoys dancing!
Tyler Smathers

Tyler Smathers, LICSW

Tyler Smathers is a Doctorate Level Licensed Social Worker. He received his Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming and his Doctor of Social Work from Simmons University He is from a small town in Wyoming that loves and understands the rural lifestyle. He understands driving 40 miles to the nearest Walmart, but he especially understands the hardship of finding competent mental health treatment and the extremely limited resources in rural behavioral health. Tyler understands therapy from both sides of the chair. He has navigated his own needs and is passionate about enabling people to live more fulfilling and hopeful lives.
Rose Jones

Rose Jones, PA

Physician assistant Rose Jones received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Rocky Vista University in 2017 and completed her clinical rotations at East Adams Rural Healthcare. Rose is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to her patients.

Allen Noble, PA-C

Allen Noble is an experienced Physician Assistant with 18 years in healthcare, including 17 years at East Adams Rural Healthcare. Specializing in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine, he is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients in critical and acute settings. Allen earned his degree from Pacific University and continues to serve the community with expertise and compassion.
