Job Summary
Work closely with Board, Administration, and Medical staff to develop, implement and maintain policies, processes and programs to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies. Promote and uphold the philosophy of the organization. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of medical clinic facilities. Provide administrative support and oversee the hiring and training of staff members, liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care plans.
LICENSE/EDUCATION
- Registered Nurse with current Washington License
- CPR
- Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
Three to five years experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting preferred. Previous customer service & medical office experience preferred
