Desiree Barclift, PA-C

Desiree Barclift is a certified physician assistant who specializes in dermatology. She has experience treating and screening a long list of skin conditions including eczema, acne, routine skin cancer, moles, and autoimmune skin diseases.

Desiree earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology and her Master of Science in clinical health and physician assistant studies from the University of Washington.

When she’s not caring for patients and their skin conditions, Desiree enjoys spending time outdoors — especially on the water and in the snow — with her husband and two daughters.

They also offer skin cancer treatment including Mohs & reconstruction at their facility in Spokane, Washington. Their goal is to treat as much as possible on site at EARH for the patient’s convenience. If a patient requires surgery, they may need to travel to Spokane.
