As a non-profit public healthcare organization, we provide a host of essential medical services for folks living in the heart of wheat country. We operate a family-practice clinic, a 24/7 emergency room, an ancillary ambulance service, and a therapy center. So if you’re sick or injured, we have the staff and facilities to treat you quickly and thoroughly.

Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide prompt, compassionate care when you need it most. Our experienced team can evaluate, stabilize, and treat a wide range of medical emergencies and, when specialized care is needed, coordinate transfer to the appropriate facility.
We also have sophisticated laboratory and imaging capabilities right here in town — both staffed 24/7 — enabling us to make diagnoses fast and efficiently.

Todd Nida, CEO
With over 30 years of experience, Todd brings a deep understanding of nearly every aspect of the healthcare system. From patient care operations to administrative strategy, he has developed a well-rounded perspective that allows him to lead with insight, empathy, and efficiency. Todd attended college at Lewis-Clark State College and Gonzaga University and is a Certified Materials and Resource Professional. He is especially passionate about servant leadership, driving meaningful change, and fostering high-performing teams.
Dallas Killian, Chief Operations Officer
Dallas brings over eight years of business management experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho. A Ritzville native, he is proud to serve the community where he grew up. He enjoys playing, coaching, and watching sports, as well as exploring entrepreneurship and all aspects of business. In his free time, he loves cooking, playing and creating board games, and anything competitive he can do with his family. His favorite way to spend time is to be with his wife and three children.
Viola Babcock, CFO
Viola Babcock is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in corporate America, including more than 20 years in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Stephen F. Austin State University. Throughout her career, Viola has built a reputation for dedication, leadership, and a deep understanding of organizational operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.
Bruce Garner, Radiology Services
Connie Barnes, Interim Director of Nursing Services
Connie Barnes, MSN, RN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University. With more than 45 years of healthcare experience, Connie has spent her career in acute care, serving in both rural Critical Access Hospitals and Level I Trauma Centers. She has been a clinical leader and clinical practice consultant for more than 30 years and is Lean certified through Virginia Mason Medical Center. Outside of work, Connie enjoys quilting, designing clothing, and traveling the country in her RV, embracing every opportunity to explore new places.
Nicole Wolf, Nurse Manager
Nicole Wolf, RN, is a graduate of Big Bend Community College, where she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). She brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, including 24 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, 3 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and 7 years as a Registered Nurse. Her career is rooted in compassionate, patient-centered care and a strong commitment to serving others. Outside of her professional life, Nicole is a proud mother of 10 children and grandmother to 12 grandchildren. Her home is lively and full, shared with two dogs and nine chameleons.
Sara Bayless, EMS Operations Manager
Sara holds an Associate’s Degree in Emergency Management and Paramedicine and brings 5 years of experience to her role as EMS Operations Manager. A proud North Idaho local, she enjoys spending her free time out on the lake, exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, traveling abroad, and experimenting in the kitchen with cooking and baking.
Amanda Osborne, Human Resources
Sarah Larmer, PT, DPT, Therapy Manager
Sarah is a licensed physical therapist with over four years of experience in general physical therapy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Pacific University and a B.S. in Biology from Eastern Washington University. Sarah has specialized training in pelvic health and pregnancy/postpartum care. Raised in Eastern Washington, she enjoys horseback riding, skiing, fly fishing, gardening, and spending time with her husband, a local wheat farmer, and their young son.

Just as important as our physical resources is our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. Our doctors, nurses, specialists, and support staff are trained and qualified to address and treat a wide range of conditions. We genuinely care about our patients’ well-being.
