East Adams Rural Healthcare is proud to bring the Care-A-Van service to the patients of our district. This service is only for local residents within the city limits of Ritzville. Our hours of service are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. for scheduled visits and outpatient services.

Should you find yourself too ill to drive, or unable to find transportation, you can schedule our Care-A-Van at the same time as your appointment. Our skilled and trained driver will pick you up and transport you to and from your healthcare appointment.

Our goal is to provide a quick and efficient service to get you to and from your appointments. We ask that you please remember this is a complimentary service we are providing for our patients. Please be courteous to our drivers and other patients utilizing this service. Our Care-A-Van provides transportation to and from the clinic for the scheduled patient, with the only detour being to DROP you off at the pharmacy if needed. We are unable to wait due to how full our schedule has become.

Due to a full schedule, please remember to request van service before the day of your appointment so that we can check to see if we have an opening for you. We will only be able to wait 5 minutes at your house, so please be ready when the van arrives. The driver will not come to your door. You will need to watch for them. If you no longer need the van to pick you up, please let us know as soon as possible at 509-659-1200.
