Nursing Assistant - Certified (NAC) Per Diem
The Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) is an integral part of patient care.
Duties: The NAC is responsible for the daily care of residents and/or patients. Assist with personal care needs, transporting, feeding, dressing, and ensuring that all care is provided with compassion and respect. The NAC is also responsible for ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with the resident and/or patient assessment and care plan. They must work cooperatively with facility personnel in ensuring that nursing services are adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents and/or patients. Accurately complete admission paperwork in a timely manner. Assist nurse and medical providers with procedures as instructed or delegated in the emergency room. Transport residents and/or patients under the direction of nurse and/or medical providers.
Requirements: Must have a current Washington State NAC license per state guidelines. Valid County Health Department Food Handlers Certificate and CPR required. ER experience and long term care experience preferred.
