Marnie Boyer, PA-C

Marnie Boyer completed her nursing education in 1980 at Columbia Basin College. She started her career at East Adams Rural Healthcare as a night nurse in 1997 after working in long-term care for several years. She became a certified physician’s assistant in 2001 and continues to bring her compassion and skill to our hospital and clinics. Marnie’s family includes her husband, Mike, their two children, and their dogs. During her free time, she enjoys quilting and traveling.
2023 EAR Ritzville Lexie

Lexie Zuver, D.O.

Dr. Lexie Zuver is a board-certified family physician who received her degree as a doctor of osteopathic medicine from the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors in 2013. She specializes in women’s health, including gynecological examinations, breast exams, pap, and well-woman counseling. Dr. Zuver is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Washington State Medical Association. She and her husband have two children and live in Moses Lake.

Rose Jones, P.A.

Physician assistant Rose Jones received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Rocky Vista University in 2017 and completed her clinical rotations at East Adams Rural Healthcare. Rose is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to her patients.
2023 EAR Ritzville Nelson

Nelson Mckay, M.D.

A board-certified family physician, Nelson McKay currently serves as the chief of staff for East Adams Rural Healthcare. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and served his residency for three years at Shenandoah Valley Family Practice. Dr. McKay provides a wide range of family medicine services including treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, management of chronic conditions (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease), women’s health care (including prenatal care and contraception), pediatric care, and geriatric care.

Adam Noyes, M.D.

Dr. Adam Noyes is a board-certified cardiologist who serves as the director of sports cardiology and the director of echocardiography and nuclear cardiology at MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute in Spokane. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association. Dr. Noyes is also the team cardiologist for the Spokane Chiefs hockey team and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, and the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation.

Austin Miner, MSN, CRNA, NSPM-C

Austin Miner is a registered nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in nursing (MSN) from the University of Colorado Denver. He is also a board-certified nurse practitioner in adult acute care (BRNA) and a certified nurse specialist in medical-surgical care (NSPM-C). Austin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hiking, and playing basketball.
